Yabitu Koba

We're wrapping up our Ethiopian coffee season with Yabitu Koba, a beautiful washed coffee from the Uraga area of Guji in southern Ethiopia. Grown at elevations exceeding 2,100 meters, this region is known for producing some of the country's most distinctive coffees. The combination of high altitude, native Ethiopian coffee varieties, and careful processing creates the bright acidity, delicate florals, and layered sweetness that we love about coffees from this part of the world. 

Look for notes of honeydew melon, soft florals, and creamy custard, with a clean, tea-like body and a gentle sweetness.
