How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Easy. Just send us an email at hello@luminaryroasters.com and let us know if you'd like to pause, skip, add a bag or cancel.

Is your coffee organic?

Our coffees are 'sustainably sourced,' which means buying specialty coffee (scoring above a certain number) via DIRECT TRADE with the actual farmers at a FAIR WAGE. Some of our farmers have organic certification, but most are smaller and while they grow beans organically or practice sustainably farming techniques, the cost of organic certification is out of reach.

What do I do if I'm not happy with my order?

We work hard to make sure every coffee we send out meets our standards and arrives tasting its best. If something feels off or you’re not happy with your order, please reach out to us at hello@luminarycoffee.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
