Ohuapan - Mexico

Ohuapan is a beautiful example of the coffees coming out of Veracruz’s mountainous region, long known for coffees with comforting chocolate notes alongside bright fruit character. In the cup, Ohuapan opens with juicy Asian pear and soft citrus brightness before settling into rich dark chocolate and a smooth toffee-like finish that makes it especially easy to return to day after day.
