It was a pleasure to get to meet Luz Helena’s son, Carlos, at this year’s World of Coffee in San Diego. Their family’s commitment to thoughtful farming and careful processing was clear long before the first cup, and even more evident once this coffee landed on our table. Produced in Colombia’s coffee heartland, this Pink Bourbon reflects the kind of detail-oriented work that has made the Salazar family so respected among specialty roasters.
