Erick Bravo’s Pink Bourbon is bright, juicy, and super easy to keep drinking. It opens with lively citrus notes, then settles into sweet stone fruit and mixed berry flavors that give the cup a really refreshing feel without becoming too wild or overpowering.

This coffee comes from Finca El Chaferote in San Agustín, Huila, where Erick and his family put a huge amount of care into processing and drying. You can taste that attention to detail in how clean and balanced the cup feels. It’s the kind of coffee we’d happily brew for someone who says they “don’t usually like fruity coffees” because it still feels smooth, approachable, and really well rounded.
