Aricha

The start of summer means we begin seeing the first arrivals of fresh-crop coffees from Ethiopia. We first fell in love with specialty coffee after tasting an Ethiopian coffee years ago, and those bright, vibrant flavors still tug at our heartstrings today.

This washed coffee comes from Aricha, a remote community in Ethiopia's famed Yirgacheffe region, where coffee has been cultivated for generations. In the cup, expect notes of lemon candy, tangerine, and agave.
