Like many of Kenya’s best coffees, Karimikui comes from smallholder farmers who bring their coffee cherries to a local washing station, where they’re carefully sorted and processed.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCompared with the deeper, jammy fruit and sweetness we love in Gicherori from neighboring Embu, Karimikui feels a little lighter on its feet—more vibrant, juicy and delicate.
